One hour of stretching, toning, breathing exercises, smiling and laughing. Using the chair, we learn basic yoga postures and breathing techniques designed to de-stress, strengthen and bring flexibility to your body and mind. All levels of ability welcome.

Gentle Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense connective tissues in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active yet still gentle practice working on the muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.

Go with the Flo
