The Canada Games Complex offers a wide variety of fitness classes throughout the day, including early morning sessions, high-intensity lunchtime classes, and evening sessions for all fitness levels. From Spin and Aquatics to Strength Training and Yoga, there’s something for everyBODY!

Featured Class!
Aquajog – Incorporates a variety of movements that get your heart pumping and muscles working hard in the deep water while tethered to the lane ropes. This low-impact class may include use of water weights.

The Canada Games Complex is committed to ensuring our facilities are accessible to everyone.
Our accessible features include:
- 7 resistance machines with wheelchair access
- 6 arm bikes
- 6 NuStep low-impact cardio machines
- Hoyer lift and transfer belt for mobility aid assistance
- Water wheelchairs, ramp, and lifts for pool access
- Elevator
- NEW Parallel bars and raised mats
- Adaptable grip aids
- 1-on-1 support through Inclusion Services (limited)
Personal Attendant for Leisure (PAL) Card
The PAL Card is an identification card issued to individuals with disabilities, allowing their support person to enter the facility for free. This card can be used to allow access for a friend, family member, or paid caregiver.

| Zumba Toning | Join our high energy class that will get your heart rate up and boost your cardiovascular endurance. There will be a mix of low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval–style, calorie burning workout. | Older Adult Chair Fitness | Get the benefits of a full body workout that is accessible, safe and effective. Fitness Punch Card
The Fitness Punch Card offers maximum flexibility and is perfect for those who need to accommodate a busy schedule. Your Fitness Punch Card is good for a one year period from the date of purchase. The punch card can be used for all Community Fitness classes and can also be used for drop-in classes at the Canada Games Complex. (Punch cards can be purchased at The Canada Games Complex, Volunteer Pool and Churchill Pool)
Note: Support Person-No fee if supporting a person with a PAL (Personal Attendant for Leisure Card)
9X Punch Card – $65.00 + HST
