TBGSA Girls Fastpitch Softball
All girls and women are invited to join our fastpitch softball league. Learn the game of softball, develop softball skills, meet new friends, and have fun. No experience necessary.
DIVISIONS:
- Minor – Ages 7-9*
- Major- Ages 10-11*
- PeeWee- Ages 12-14*
- Bantam/Ladies- Ages 15 & up
- *Flexibility to move up a division
COST:
- Fee: $140.00
- Payment by cash, cheque or e-transfer.
REGISTRATION:
- Registration: Online or in-person
- Online registration: Opens in March
- In-person registration: Current River Community Centre, dates TBD
- **Payment must be made at the time of registration in order to secure a spot. Please note we do not accept friend requests for teams. There are limited spots available in each division.
LEAGUE DATES:
- Mid-March – early July
- Games: Monday – Thursday with possibly Sundays
- Note: The league tournament will be held July 3-4-5
UMPIRES & VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
- The league is looking for an Umpire-in-Chief for each division to work alongside the division convenors. We are also in need of umpires for all divisions. Umpires are paid positions. If interested in umpiring, please email tbgsaumpire@gmail.com.
- Volunteers are needed for coaching and league operations. Sign up will occur in March.
