Personal Attendant for Leisure (PAL) Card
The PAL Card is an identification card issued to individuals with disabilities, allowing their support person to enter the facility for free. This card can be used to allow access for a friend, family member, or paid caregiver.

Fitness Punch Card
The Fitness Punch Card offers maximum flexibility and is perfect for those who need to accommodate a busy schedule. Your Fitness Punch Card is good for a one year period from the date of purchase. The punch card can be used for all Community Fitness classes and can also be used for drop-in classes at the Canada Games Complex. (Punch cards can be purchased at The Canada Games Complex, Volunteer Pool and Churchill Pool)
Note: Support Person-No fee if supporting a person with a PAL (Personal Attendant for Leisure Card)

Karate
We offer Karate sessions for kids every Saturday Morning. There are three different classes depending on age and skill level. We offer Karate Tots for the 4 to 6 year olds, Beginners & Yellow Stripes for kids that are 7 and up, and Advanced classes for kids 7 and up that have their Yellow Belt. Interested in getting your toes wet with a bit of a twist?
Diving is an aerial sport that combines the thrill of flipping with a love of water!
Thunder Bay Diving Club is 1 of only 10 clubs in Ontario that offers recreational and competitive programming for ages 6 years and up (adults welcome). The recreational program focuses on fun while learning to dive and improving their skills in a supportive environment. The competitive program offers more advanced skills, competing regionally, provincially and beyond.
Recreation Program – no experience necessary!
Must have basic swimming skills and pass the Canada Games Complex swim test.
Classes in the Recreation Program focus on foundational skills and learning different dives in a fun, team-focused atmosphere.
Pre-Competitive / Competitive Program – by invitation only
The pre-competitive / competitive divers join this program after developing skills in the recreation program, as past divers, or from other sports like gymnastics, karate, dance, or figure skating.
These divers focus on developing the skills and dives suitable for competing at different levels and represent our club at hosted and away meets.
