Senior Fitness | Are you 55 or over? Have fun moving through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, balance & range of motion. Zumba Toning | Join our high energy class that will get your heart rate up and boost your cardiovascular endurance. There will be a mix of low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval–style, calorie burning workout. Hatha Yoga | This gentle paced class will aim to develop strength, flexibility and the connection between body, mind and breath. It will focus on proper alignment in each posture and will be suitable to all fitness and skill levels. Fitness Punch Card
The Fitness Punch Card offers maximum flexibility and is perfect for those who need to accommodate a busy schedule. Your Fitness Punch Card is good for a one year period from the date of purchase. The punch card can be used for all Community Fitness classes and can also be used for drop-in classes at the Canada Games Complex. (Punch cards can be purchased at The Canada Games Complex, Volunteer Pool and Churchill Pool)
Note: Support Person-No fee if supporting a person with a PAL (Personal Attendant for Leisure Card)
9X Punch Card – $65.00 + HST
