The Canada Games Complex offers a wide variety of fitness classes throughout the day, including early morning sessions, mid-morning workouts, high-intensity lunchtime classes, and evening sessions for all fitness levels. From Spin and Aquatics to Strength Training and Yoga, there’s something for everyone!

Functionally Fit – This is a comfortably paced, low to medium-impact class that uses a variety of equipment and offers an array of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, cardio endurance, balance and stability, range of motion, and improve activities of daily life.

Personal Attendant for Leisure (PAL) Card
The PAL Card is an identification card issued to individuals with disabilities, allowing their support person to enter the facility for free. This card can be used by a friend, family member, or paid caregiver.
