Thunder Bay Diving Club

Interested in getting your toes wet with a bit of a twist?

Diving is an aerial sport that combines the thrill of flipping with a love of water!

Thunder Bay Diving Club is 1 of only 10 clubs in Ontario that offers recreational and competitive programming. The recreational program focuses on fun while learning to dive and improving their skills in a supportive environment. The competitive program offers more advanced skills, competing regionally, provincially and beyond.

Dryland

A recreational program designed for those who want to try diving without getting wet. It is composed of acrobatic activities, including jumping, tumbling, trampoline, and our dryland diving board. All focused on fun and exercise! Ages 4-8.

Learn to Dive – no experience necessary!

Ages 7 and up; adults welcome!

Must have basic swimming skills and pass the Canada Games Complex swim test.

Classes focus on foundational skills and learning different dives in a fun, team-focused atmosphere.

Pre-competitive

The pre-competitive program allows divers to build the skills required to join the competitive program. Designed for divers with experience in the Learn to Dive program or from other sports like gymnastics, karate, dance, or figure skating.

Competitive – by invitation only

Competitive divers focus on developing the skills and dives suitable for competing at different levels and represent our club at hosted and away meets.
