Senior Fitness Are you 55 or over? Have fun moving through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, balance & range of motion. With the use of resistance bands, weights and cardio, you will enjoy being challenged while working at your own pace. Zumba Toning Join our high energy class that will get your heart rate up and boost your cardiovascular endurance. There will be a mix of low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval–style, calorie burning workout. The addition of small weights provides added calorie burning, strength training and extra emphasis on toning and keeping your muscles engaged longer. Hatha Yoga This gentle paced class will aim to develop strength, flexibility and the connection between body, mind and breath. Chair Fitness Get the benefits of a full body workout that is accessible, safe and effective. This chair fitness class will help improve your strength and flexibility for those with limited mobility, persons recovering from and injury, or perhaps the active aging adult who is looking for something different. Fitness Punch Card

The Fitness Punch Card offers maximum flexibility and is perfect for those who need to accommodate a busy schedule. Your Fitness Punch Card is good for a one year period from the date of purchase. The punch card can be used for all Community Fitness classes and can also be used for drop-in classes at the Canada Games Complex. (Punch cards can be purchased at The Canada Games Complex, Volunteer Pool and Churchill Pool)
Note: Support Person-No fee if supporting a person with a PAL (Personal Attendant for Leisure Card)

 9X Punch Card – $65.00 + HST
