Awareness through movement (lying down) These slow, soft and gentle explorations are done lying on a mat. (You can use a chair to get up or down.) This is a gentle way to learn to move with greater ease. Each lesson is a unique exploration; you learn to expand your own ways of moving. We can all learn to move in ways that feel better by introducing our brains to new movement patterns. Awareness through movement (Seated) These slow, soft and gentle explorations are done seated. There is no fountain of youth, but there are ways to learn to move with more ease and pleasure. Lessons are interesting, relaxing and meditative. As you explore small, unusual movements guided by the instruction you may find improvements in balance and fluent movement.
